REFERRAL PROGRAM DETAILS 
Referrals must be new to the Creative Circle talent network (not interviewed or placed in the trailing 36 months). Referred talent in our employee referral program must be booked on a job within one year of the referral date and work a minimum of 40 hours within a calendar year. For full-time roles, bonuses will be paid once the hired candidate reaches the client’s guarantee date (usually between 30 and 90 days of work) and Creative Circle has been paid in full.

Please do not contact your office to inquire on referral status; if you qualify for the bonus, you will be notified. Payment is in the form of a gift card and sent via email.

Q: I referred my friend, how do I know if I'm eligible to receive the bonus?
A: If you are eligible, you will be notified via email.

Q: How many referrals can I submit?
A: As many as you want! However, you will only receive one bonus per calendar year.

Q: Can I refer someone for an internal Creative Circle job (as a Recruiter or Account Executive with Creative Circle)?
A: Yes! You can find the list of open jobs here. Simply select "internal CC" in the job category drop down menu.

Q: Is a gift card my only option for payment?
A: Yes, at this time it is the only option. We issue American Express gift cards with no fees associated.

Q: I already referred someone to Creative Circle last month, am I eligible for the bonus?
A: No, unfortunately the form must be submitted prior to the candidate's placement on assignment.
